Pool sessions start again in November 2025!
These sessions are a great way to practice your roll, practice your strokes, and meet other local paddlers. These are informal, with no specific instructors or coaches. But, everyone is friendly and always happy to help if you have questions <3
Where: Spray Lakes Family Sports Centre, Cochrane
Time: 730pm to 9pm
Special note: February 18th will have Allen Yip of Yipyak Paddle Sports coming out with a fleet of whitewater demo boats for folks to try, so make sure to sign up for that if you are in the market for a whitewater kayak - or you just want to learn more about whitewater kayaking in general!
